Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise eligible for return must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. Past this timeframe your return may be accepted at the discretion of Patrice Parisotto jewelry design and may only be refunded as store credit.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise and will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Return Instructions

  1. Request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing: info@patriceparisotto.com. Be sure to include your invoice number and a brief explanation of your return or exchange.
  2. Label your return with your RA#. Please write this number clearly on the outside of your package. We require that your item is returned within 7 days of receiving your RA#.
  3. Please send your package through a courier service with tracking capability. Ship your labeled package to the following address:

Return Shipping Cost

Shipping returns or exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We advise you to ship your return with an insured & trackable courier. Patrice Parisotto jewelry design is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit by the carrier.
